ABOUT PESTICUPS

Pesticups Films was founded in Brooklyn, New York by Jessie Weber Kass and Noah Kass, who met while performing in a play at New York University. They created the company to produce original, character-driven work, including Jessie’s short film A Nice Lady which has screened at numerous national and international film festivals, earning awards and official laurels. They’re moving into preproduction for Jessie’s feature film, Heidi In Plain Sight.

Alongside producing partner Rachel Barclay, whose background spans media production, film festival programming, and event coordination, Pesticups Films is currently in pre-production on its first feature film, a coming-of-age story exploring themes of control, perception, and expectation.
